Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of spritzclub.eu and any purchase made through it. The shop is operated by DLM Digital, Den Haag, Netherlands. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund where an item is unavailable or priced in error.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Title to goods passes once payment is received in full.

Returns

Your statutory right of withdrawal and our returns process are set out on the shipping & returns page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
