How long does delivery take?+
EU orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days once dispatched. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?+

How do I exchange for another size?+
Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want — it's the fastest way to get the right fit.

What is a heavyweight t-shirt?+
A heavyweight t-shirt uses a denser, thicker fabric than a standard tee — measured in GSM (grams per square metre). Standard tees sit around 150–180gsm; heavyweight starts at roughly 185gsm and up. Our tee is 240gsm organic cotton, so it's opaque, structured, holds its shape and wears in rather than out.
What does GSM mean, and what GSM are your pieces?+
GSM is grams per square metre — how much a square metre of the fabric weighs, and the simplest measure of how substantial a garment feels. Our heavyweight tee is 240gsm combed organic cotton and our hoodie is 450gsm brushed-back loopback cotton. Both are firmly in heavyweight territory.
How do the pieces fit?+
Our tees and hoodies are cut boxy and relaxed, unisex. If you prefer a classic fit, size down. Full measurements are on the size guide.
How should I care for my pieces?+
Wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry to keep the heavyweight cottons and knits at their best. Care details are on every product.
