Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all EU orders. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on destination. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Any import duties or taxes for destinations outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns within the EU are free.

• Email us to start a return and receive instructions.
• Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Check the size guideif you’re unsure of the fit.
